Program Manager

TL;DR

Program Manager (Agile): Designing and executing complex programs to deliver business outcomes for clients with an accent on communication, governance, and orchestration of multiple workstreams. Focus on scaling Agile frameworks, managing risks, and aligning strategy with execution across large teams.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, New York, or Orlando. Core hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT).

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate related project workstreams to ensure business outcomes are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Develop program roadmaps, monitor executive KPIs, and manage program and project budgets.
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to ensure stable program delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Consultants, and executive leadership to align strategy with execution.
• Coach leaders and teams in adopting new processes and scaling Agile mindsets.
• Manage dependencies and escalate impediments to remove obstacles for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful program management experience.
• Experience managing all stages of the program life cycle for teams of 30+ people.
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe, SoS, or LeSS.
• Proven ability to advise, negotiate, and engage with executive-level clients.
• Must be located in Dallas, New York, or Orlando.
