What you will do

• Develop robust, scalable reporting and identify KPIs to track historical metrics and inform business strategy.
• Build tooling to automate client reporting and maintain GitHub code repositories using Python and SQL.
• Create high-impact visualizations and business cases to demonstrate the ROI of AI integration to B2B clients.
• Translate complex AI model behaviors into actionable insights for claims adjusters and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the DS&I team to define "Success Events" for new AI features to align technical builds with product goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Disability Insurance, FinTech, or ML-based SaaS.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Proven ability to explain the "Why" behind AI recommendations to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with claims management workflows and disability insurance regulations (preferred).
• Must be based in the U.S. or have a transferable active U.S. visa.
