What you will do

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership across production, engineering, supply chain, and HR departments.
• Develop and monitor plant budgets, P&L statements, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices through the Fairbanks Morse Operating System.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years in manufacturing operations management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proof of US Citizenship required due to NOFORN access requirements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operations with a focus on lean manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse workforce.
