What you will do
- Develop and maintain APDs, CMS submission packages, funding tables, narratives, and related federal funding documentation.
- Track federal and state allocations, expenditures, forecasts, encumbrances, budget variances, timecard coding, and resource allocation.
- Support RFPs, contracts, amendments, interagency agreements, SOWs, procurement activities, invoices, and vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate D&A leadership, PMO, IT, finance, procurement, legal, vendors, and CMS stakeholders.
- Prepare executive briefings, funding and budget reports, contract summaries, risk assessments, and decision-support materials.
- Maintain repositories, templates, SOPs, version controls, audit-ready documentation, and governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, public administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, grants management, public funding administration, contract management, or project finance.
- Experience with project budgets, financial forecasting, funding documentation, resource allocation tracking, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting contract administration, vendor management, RFP processes, SOW development, and procurement activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, writing, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and compliance-driven deliverables in a hybrid Quincy, Massachusetts work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Medicaid, MassHealth, CMS, healthcare, or government technology experience.
- Experience supporting Advanced Planning Documents and Federal Financial Participation funding.
- Experience in PMO organizations or large-scale data, analytics, and technology initiatives.
