Salary: $195,495 - $245,000 USD/yr

What you will do

• Lead high-complexity implementation projects, managing client engagement, resourcing, and financials.
• Oversee requirements and configuration builds to maximize customer value and minimize risk.
• Manage implementation workstreams, including task identification, dependency mapping, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams, Engineering, and Product management roles.
• Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, reports, and RAID change requests.
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering multi-stream projects in complex business environments.
• Deep understanding of business processes for asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance companies, or pension plans.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in the office 2x/week.
• Solid understanding of investment operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation and conflict management.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global One or similar platform implementations.
• PMI/PMP/Prince 2 or equivalent professional certification.
• Familiarity with implementation-focused projects specifically within the FinTech sector.
