Principal Project Manager (FinTech)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with on-site attendance at SimCorp’s office two days per week and travel to client sites as needed

Salary: $148,640–$222,960 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead business consulting engagements aligned with client objectives and business strategies.
• Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
• Develop strategic recommendations and tailored solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead complex consulting projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience independently driving complex programs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable impact while navigating complexity.
• Strong ownership, judgment, analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site two days per week in New York and travel to client sites as needed.
