What you will do

• Support Senior and Lead Project Engineers from project design through completion.
• Assist with electrical designs, engineering drawing reviews, studies, specifications, and material takeoffs.
• Provide construction teams with the design information, quantities, and specifications needed for execution.
• Participate in design and constructability reviews and verify that construction follows project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Engineers of Record and Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Construction, and Project Management teams.
• Validate red-line markups and support compliance with client, company, contractual, and industry requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field, from an ABET-accredited college.
• Ability to support utility-scale renewable energy project design and construction activities.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, studies, specifications, and material quantities.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Engineer-in-Training or Fundamentals of Engineering certificate.
• Experience with wind, solar, or battery energy storage projects.
• Engineering, electrical, mechanical, heavy civil, industrial, utilities, or power generation construction experience.
