San Francisco pay range: $129,600–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for senior and specialized R&D roles across Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, ML/AI, Data Science, and Security.
• Build multi-channel sourcing strategies, develop talent maps, calibrate pipelines, and adapt recruiting plans using market and funnel data.
• Advise Engineering and Data leaders on role scope, leveling, success profiles, scorecards, interview plans, and market conditions.
• Present hirify.global’s mission, AI strategy, and engineering culture while managing candidate expectations and the end-to-end candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse and Gem, analyze conversion and velocity, and turn findings into recommendations.
• Build and measure AI-powered workflows for sourcing, personalized outreach, screening preparation, and pipeline reporting; lead hiring sprints and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and levels, with experience hiring Senior and Staff Engineers in competitive markets, including the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Demonstrated sourcing ownership and the ability to influence hiring managers using data and market insight.
• Hands-on experience building AI recruiting workflows and explaining their measurable results.
• Strong familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or other large language models.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and drive stakeholders toward hiring timelines and feedback SLAs.

• Experience recruiting in both US and Canadian markets.
• Experience leading a hiring sprint or recruiting initiative end-to-end.
