Senior Technical Recruiter (Infrastructure)

Location: Chicago, IL or Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $99,000–$150,000 USD annually, depending on compensation zone and location. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical and engineering roles from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through research, outbound sourcing, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and communicate pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to coordinate interviews, share insights, and improve hiring efficiency.
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to organize workflows and improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring for specialized technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research, outreach, and recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing clear updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as Gem.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain organized workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting and interest in building custom tools for sourcing, research, and candidate engagement.
