What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from role definition to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and community engagement.
• Define and implement structured, fair hiring practices, including competency rubrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize requisitions and align on success profiles.
• Track and report funnel metrics to continuously improve hiring quality and speed.
• Support employer brand initiatives to attract high-potential deep-tech talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in deep-tech environments.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for high-bar technical roles.
• Expertise in structured interviewing, competency rubrics, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong background in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at a fast pace.
• Commitment to maintaining a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
• Exceptional skills in narrative selling and objection handling.
