What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from role definition to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and community engagement.
- Define and implement structured, fair hiring practices, including competency rubrics.
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize requisitions and align on success profiles.
- Track and report funnel metrics to continuously improve hiring quality and speed.
- Support employer brand initiatives to attract high-potential deep-tech talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in deep-tech environments.
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for high-bar technical roles.
- Expertise in structured interviewing, competency rubrics, and recruiting analytics.
- Strong background in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at a fast pace.
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
- Exceptional skills in narrative selling and objection handling.
