Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: SF Bay Area, United States; in-office attendance required 3 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$260,000 per year, with the base salary range depending on permanent work location, experience, skills, and team position.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, success profiles, interview plans, and recruiting priorities.
• Run full-cycle technical recruiting from kickoff and job description refinement through sourcing, assessment, debriefs, offers, and closing.
• Build targeted pipelines through passive outreach, talent communities, events, referrals, and job posts.
• Develop structured and fair hiring processes using competencies, calibrated rubrics, and consistent candidate experiences.
• Track funnel health, recruiting speed, quality, and diversity signals, and report progress using clear metrics.
• Advise on offer strategy, employer branding, talent networks, and interviewer best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in deep-tech environments.
• Strong experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for high-bar roles, including narrative selling and objection handling.
• Experience translating business needs into hiring plans, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes.
• Expertise hiring across Machine Learning and Research.
• Fluency with structured interviewing, competency rubrics, and recruiting analytics.
