Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, United States; Engineering, Product, Design, and Talent teams work from the office three days per week.

Base salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year, plus stock options and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering teams to define talent needs, hiring plans, and sourcing strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through candidate closing.
• Use AI-powered sourcing platforms and assistants to accelerate research, outreach, candidate analysis, and recruiting workflows.
• Build technical domain knowledge to assess candidates across software engineering disciplines.
• Design job descriptions and structured interview guides with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics, funnel performance, and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record of hiring engineering talent.
• Experience sourcing and closing technical roles from entry level through director level.
• Hands-on experience with AI sourcing platforms such as Juicebox or SeekOut and AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience with recruiting tools including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and curated talent platforms.
• Strong candidate relationship-building, written and verbal communication, organization, and recruiting analytics skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
