What you will do

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to calibrate profiles and define sourcing plans.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Write personalized outreach and maintain high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity and sourcing metrics in the ATS while monitoring pipeline health.
• Share talent-market insights and contribute to sourcing best practices, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally including 2+ years in an in-house role.
• Experience sourcing talent across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, other sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing engineering leadership or executive-level technical talent.
• Background in robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, or other deep-technology industries.
• Ability to use talent-market data to influence sourcing strategy.
