Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $116,000 – $175,000 USD (depending on location zone).

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, and TPMs.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with recruiting peers to share insights, coordinate interviews, and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Evolve talent pipeline structures and processes across the Portfolio Engineering organization.
  • Utilize tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing platforms to manage workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using research and outreach tools.
  • Strong partnership skills to provide clear updates to hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (Gem).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
  • Comfort and interest in testing and using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
