What you will do

• Build high-quality pipelines for go-to-market roles by identifying candidates who may not be actively looking.
• Design creative searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, web research, and unconventional channels.
• Craft personalized and compelling outreach to connect candidate motivations with the opportunity.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and calibrate sourcing plans.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Codex to accelerate research and improve outreach efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within the Ashby ATS.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for sourcing and the ability to uncover overlooked talent.
• Ability to think beyond job titles and identify transferable experience across adjacent industries.
• Skill in writing concise, personalized outreach that feels human and earns attention.
• Experience treating sourcing as an iterative process, adapting strategies based on market feedback.
• Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the United States.
