What you will do

• Translate healthcare stakeholder and product requirements into scalable enterprise technology solutions.
• Design Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions for patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty medication programs.
• Architect custom applications, APIs, REST integrations, data models, and automation across Microsoft and external platforms.
• Guide development teams using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, ALM practices, CI/CD processes, and continuous platform improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, communicate architecture decisions, and mentor development teams.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel as needed.
• Strong experience designing enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong solution architecture and software architecture experience, including selecting technologies beyond Dynamics and Azure.
