What you will do

• Translate healthcare business needs into scalable enterprise technology solutions with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Design Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions for Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, and Specialty Pharmacy programs.
• Architect custom applications, APIs, integrations, data models, and automation across Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure services, and modern integration patterns.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, ALM practices, CI/CD, and continuous platform improvement.
• Mentor development teams and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
• Understanding of benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and patient enrollment workflows.
• Strong Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Power Platform, solution architecture, and software architecture experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
• Must be based in the United States; remote work is US-wide with some travel.
