TL;DR
Associate Director (Dynamics 365/Azure Healthcare): Leading the architecture and technical strategy for healthcare platforms supporting patient access services, specialty hubs, and specialty pharmacy programs with an accent on Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and secure integrations. Focus on designing scalable enterprise solutions, guiding technical teams, and solving complex data, API, governance, and platform modernization challenges.
Location: US-wide remote with some travel required.
Salary: £180,000–£200,000 base salary, plus a 15% annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead technology strategy and enterprise architecture across healthcare initiatives.
- Define scalable, secure architectures for Patient Access Services, Specialty Hub, and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.
- Translate business requirements into solutions supporting patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and patient support programs.
- Direct architects, developers, and engineering teams while establishing development standards and mentoring technical staff.
- Oversee custom applications, APIs, integrations, Dynamics 365 extensions, data models, and healthcare system connectivity.
- Drive architecture governance, ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, risk management, and platform modernization.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading enterprise healthcare technology and architecture initiatives.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, API, and integration experience.
- Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
- Background in solution, software, and enterprise architecture, with experience leading technical teams and working with executives.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel as required.
