What you will do

• Implement AI data connectors and automations to streamline People Operations workflows and improve data reliability.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, establish governance standards, and generate actionable people metrics.
• Manage immigration, global mobility, and work authorization compliance for US and international employees.
• Support low performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
• Develop and maintain company-wide policies and serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with solid knowledge of US employment law.
• 6+ years experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems including data audits and governance.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools and automations in HR tech stacks.
• Excellent critical thinking, judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
