TL;DR

HR Business Partner (AI): Managing the full employee lifecycle and driving people strategy for an AI-native real estate platform with an accent on manager enablement, employee relations, and organizational design. Focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline HR operations, improve manager capability, and deliver a data-driven, human-centric employee experience.

Location: Must be based in the US. Role is hybrid in Nashville with travel required for company gatherings.

Salary: $113,982 - $154,439 USD per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Own employee relations cases independently, including investigations and resolutions.
  • Coach managers through performance conversations, feedback delivery, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead cyclical People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted HR practices to compress cycle times and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance on role scoping, leveling, and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
  • Solid working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Hands-on experience using and building AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for HR workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership-level presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
