Location: Must be based in the US. Role is hybrid in Nashville with travel required for company gatherings.
Salary: $113,982 - $154,439 USD per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Own employee relations cases independently, including investigations and resolutions.
- Coach managers through performance conversations, feedback delivery, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead cyclical People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles.
- Design and implement AI-assisted HR practices to compress cycle times and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance on role scoping, leveling, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
- Solid working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
- Hands-on experience using and building AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for HR workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership-level presentations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
