What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and organizational changes to support business success.
• Design, document, and implement foundational People frameworks, templates, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain absolute data integrity across HRIS systems and manage employee records.
• Facilitate performance review cycles, development initiatives, and team well-being programs.
• Ensure strict policy compliance leveraging knowledge of local employment law.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused roles, ideally in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to solving organizational gaps.
• Proven ability to build trust and forge relationships across all levels of an organization.
