Location: Hybrid (3 days in Colorado Springs, CO office / 2 days remote each week)

Total compensation: $89,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Manage complex employee relations, conduct impartial investigations, and provide coaching on conflict resolution.
• Ensure legal compliance regarding FMLA, ADA, and federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools, HRIS platforms, and data analytics to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal teams to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent employee experience.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Colorado Springs, CO for hybrid office attendance.
• Deep knowledge of US federal employment laws and experience supporting employees across multiple states.
• Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and produce objective, legally defensible documentation.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and adopting emerging AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong business acumen with a preference for experience in high-growth SaaS or software organizations.

Nice to have

• SHRM or HCI certification.
• Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations.
