What you will do

• Collaborate with functional leaders to analyze workflows and redesign job roles to leverage AI tools effectively.
• Design and recommend new organizational models to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and value creation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for workforce reskilling and upskilling.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of organization-level workforce changes resulting from automation.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for employees adopting new ways of working.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and HRBPs on AI's impact on people and organizational design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or workforce planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts.
• Proven ability to design and implement job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Experience operationalizing skills-based workforce initiatives or labor-market intelligence.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Master's degree in a related field.
