People Business Partner

TL;DR

People Business Partner (HR): Owning the HR partnership for CX, Data, and G&A teams with an accent on performance management, organizational design, and leadership coaching. Focus on scaling people practices, leveraging AI for workforce planning, and solving complex employee relations issues.

Location: Must be commutable to the NYC headquarters; in-office 3-4 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays required)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive the day-to-day HRBP relationship for Marketing, CX, Data, and G&A, managing performance cases end-to-end.
• Lead coaching conversations and interactive workshops to help managers develop and lead their teams.
• Analyze data and trends across client groups to identify organizational risks early.
• Collaborate with senior leaders as a strategic advisor to resolve friction points and organizational issues.
• Contribute to broader People team initiatives, including talent reviews and org health surveys.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repeatable tasks and streamline HR workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR business partnering or people operations.
• Track record of independently owning performance management and employee relations.
• Proven experience using AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, and workforce planning.
• Ability to translate data into strategic actions that drive business and people outcomes.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or commutable to New York, NY.
