What you will do

• Lead business operations across multiple countries and manage a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches.
• Manage payroll implementation and local operational requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Handle external vendor management and service provider relations.
• Support recruiting operations, including recruiter onboarding and hiring activities.
• Plan and execute company events, offsites, and overall operational logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a founder's office role.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to operate across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Capacity to identify problems, make independent decisions, and drive execution.
• High ownership and willingness to take full responsibility for outcomes.
