Logistics Project Manager (Logistics)

Location: West Branch, Iowa, United States; onsite role with domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD annually, plus up to a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project budgets, cost models, supplier contracts, orders, fulfillment cycles, and return logistics.
• Coordinate carriers, brokers, forwarders, transportation suppliers, procurement, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customs documentation, permits, route surveys, route improvements, port operations, vessel discharge, storage, and trucking activities.
• Track KPIs, shipment status, delivery schedules, risks, and performance improvements; develop contingency plans for disruptions.
• Lead project meetings, prepare reports, communicate updates to senior management, and resolve operational roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in transportation planning or project cargo.
• Strong project management skills covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, international and domestic transportation documentation, scopes of work, and MSA contracts.
• Experience with cost analysis, process and data analysis, Microsoft Office, and logistics or project management tools; a valid insurable driver’s license is required.
• Fluent English is mandatory, including the ability to understand and communicate safety instructions. Domestic and international travel may be required on short notice.

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of rigging and lifting tooling.
• French, Spanish, or German language skills.
