What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for the Innerloop developer experience.
• Build GenAI capabilities that provide personalized developer support, including code suggestions, documentation retrieval, and real-time feedback.
• Enable context-aware code generation and manage the lifecycle of code-generation capabilities.
• Oversee knowledge management and discovery across APIs, code, and relevant data.
• Partner with stakeholders and development teams to integrate AI-assisted tools into existing workflows.
• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and measure its impact on developer productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering platform products for large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience building developer-facing products.
• Experience delivering products on AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as building SaaS services and infrastructure at scale.
• Technical product development background, including hands-on development experience or technical demonstrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments, prioritizing backlogs, and driving execution across organizations.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience is considered.

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Experience contributing to or participating in open-source communities such as CNCF, Istio, or GraphQL.
