What you will do

• Partner with Revenue Management to define and evolve dynamic pricing, translating pricing strategy into algorithm factors and inputs.
• Own product work that makes the pricing algorithm explainable, including recommendations, explanations, and customer-facing narratives.
• Drive the roadmap for an AI assistant and MCP product, using GenAI to make the algorithm and underlying data understandable and actionable.
• Own the recommendations engine that identifies where customers should adjust settings, improving quality, coverage, and impact.
• Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and time to value; communicate progress in a remote environment.
• Translate complex pricing and data concepts into clear requirements, priorities, and cross-functional execution plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical, data-rich, or model-driven products.
• Experience working closely with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products.
• Dynamic pricing experience, with a strong preference for short-term rental, hotel, airline, or broader travel and hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret product and pricing data and connect work to business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into simple narratives in a remote collaboration setting.
• Must work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with travel distribution platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com).
• Familiarity with AI assistant, agent, or MCP-based products.
• SQL familiarity.
