What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, data analysis, and business impact.
• Build and execute roadmaps with engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Translate customer and internal-user needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Guide technical scope, prioritization, release planning, and discovery of new product opportunities.
• Build instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to track product performance.
• Develop business cases, assess return on investment, and communicate product vision and progress to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of Product Management experience in the technology industry, with scope aligned to the role level.
• Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and experience delivering products in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product strategies and collaborate deeply with engineering and data science teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building products from the ground up and scaling them as the business grows.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative, engineering, or related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML, data infrastructure, or marketplace businesses.
• Understanding of model training workflows, data labeling, evaluation, and deployment.
