What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for customer-facing AI services within the AGI organization.
• Define the transition of SOTA AI capabilities into generally available AWS services based on customer needs.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through public launch and growth, including pricing and packaging.
• Partner with science and engineering teams to manage capability and timeline tradeoffs.
• Engage with customers and field teams to validate product-market fit and shape the roadmap.
• Manage the P&L, business metrics, and overall operational health of the assigned services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products from concept through GTM.
• Location: Must be based in Santa Barbara, Sunnyvale, or Seattle.

• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
• Experience training and deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimizations.
• Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, and industry verticals.
• Track record of launching 0-to-1 products in ambiguous, fast-moving domains.
• Experience translating research and model advances into product features.
