What you will do

• Lead the Platform Excellence program, developing a cohesive 12–18 month roadmap with clear workstreams and milestones.
• Drive critical enterprise decisions by framing complex risks and tradeoffs for executive and board-level audiences.
• Establish governance frameworks, accountability trackers, and operating cadences across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
• Maintain rigorous, audit-ready documentation, including decision logs and risk/issue registers.
• Provide high-level executive reporting, translating technical and regulatory information into actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable systems and automated workflows to replace manual status tracking and improve visibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise program leadership, strategic initiatives, or strategy consulting.
• Direct, hands-on experience leading high-stakes programs within fintech, payments, or e-commerce checkout environments.
• Proven success owning multi-quarter roadmaps and annual planning processes.
• Experience supporting regulatory remediation or compliance-related transformations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives without direct authority.
• Eligibility to work in the US (implied by 401k and US salary range).
