Regional FC Maintenance Manager

Location: USA, Arizona, Goodyear, PHX1; available in 16 locations. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected at approximately 30–50%.

Salary: $112,000–$179,500 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Direct maintenance and reliability results across regional fulfillment centers, covering safety, equipment availability, cost performance, and people outcomes.
• Implement network priorities and establish an operating cadence for reviewing metrics, removing barriers, and adopting best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and hold Maintenance Managers and site leaders accountable for performance and operating routines.
• Build leadership succession depth through talent reviews, promotion readiness, and targeted development plans.
• Standardize maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive-maintenance compliance, work quality, and defect elimination.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Finance, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain operational readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading leaders, preferably across multiple sites, with responsibility for talent development and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of MHE and automation, conveyance and sortation systems, reliability practices, base-building systems, and facility assets.
• Track record of improving safety, uptime, operating costs, and overall performance.
• Financial competence in operating-cost management and basic CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs.
