AI Agent Implementations Specialist (Marketo)

Location: Remote from Canada, with support across US time zones

What you will do

• Build and implement AI agents for end-to-end marketing campaign workflows.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
• Connect Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms through MarTech integrations.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical implementations with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams.
• Document AI agent adoption, Marketo configurations, and integrations while providing enablement and training.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting AI agents and the Marketo platform.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
• 2–3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node, or a similar programming or scripting language.
• Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
