Senior Worldwide GTM Specialist (SQL Server, Data & AI)

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas; Seattle, Washington; or Redmond, Washington, USA

Salary: $147,900–$200,100 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the SQL Server migration pipeline, including Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, and win rates.
• Build field enablement assets such as value propositions, migration playbooks, licensing workshops, competitive battle cards, discovery scripts, and prospecting content.
• Develop competitive positioning explaining why customers should migrate and choose AWS.
• Create partner plays and scalable self-service motions for field teams.
• Synthesize customer feedback, competitive gaps, and adoption blockers to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
• Track conversion, win/loss performance, partner contribution, and geographic results through regular leadership reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, or storage.
• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Seattle, or Redmond, USA.
