Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara or Folsom, CA. Must be based in the US.

Salary: $178,520 – $366,170 USD

What you will do

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders at Oracle.
  • Execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand opportunity pipelines.
  • Drive design-win processes to secure the adoption of hirify.global architecture in customer products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within hirify.global to align customer requirements with product development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage customer challenges and escalations to ensure successful solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in negotiations, contracts, and business development.
  • Knowledge of Datacenter, Cloud, Edge, and AI product solutions.
  • Experience with technical sales processes and account management practices.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Exposure to AI software ecosystems and cloud computing.
  • Experience in supply chain management, forecasting, and supply/demand analysis.
  • Understanding of hirify.global's specific product lines.
