What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management across product verticals, ensuring successful delivery from development to launch.
• Drive integrated project plans across Content, Marketing, Product, and Production teams.
• Identify risks, facilitate decision-making, and maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with Legal on talent agreements, licensing, and release workflows.
• Evaluate and improve cross-functional processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and implement AI-driven tools to automate manual work and improve visibility.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.
• Proven ability to build alignment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong operational mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
• Must be based in the United States.
