Salary: $200,000–$350,000 USD (base + bonus + equity)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the global demand forecast for core infrastructure components (GPU nodes, rack assemblies, networking fabric, power/cooling) over 18-24 months.
• Translate commercial pipeline, customer contracts, and AI cluster configurations into BOM-level demand signals.
• Integrate revenue forecasts with infrastructure capacity planning to ensure deployment readiness and align with supply chain strategies.
• Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial leadership and partner with Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for forecast alignment.
• Support capital planning processes with data-driven infrastructure forecasts and contribute to GPU reservation strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain strategy, commercial operations, or infrastructure capacity planning, preferably in high-growth technology or infrastructure-heavy environments (AI, cloud, hardware).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components including compute, networking, racks, and power systems.
• Proven ability to translate commercial signals into operational and financial plans with strong financial acumen.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience modeling demand volatility and scenario planning.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building scalable planning frameworks from the ground up.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and located in the AMER region.
