What you will do

• Drive critical operational processes supporting timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Improve operational tools and processes across global teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, customers, and other stakeholders on new and existing solutions.
• Run pilots, tests, and experiments, then transition validated designs to operating teams.
• Build feedback loops connecting frontline operations, product, strategy, and customers.
• Create and communicate detailed reporting to inform leadership decisions and operational strategy.

Requirements

• Industry experience in supply chain, financial planning, operations, or a top-tier consulting firm.
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy field such as Engineering or Economics, and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Action-oriented approach with creative problem-solving and strong execution.

Nice to have

• Ability to read SQL or another database language.
• Experience with Python and/or Mode Notepad scripting.
