TL;DR
Product Lead, New Ventures (Product Management): Owns the full product lifecycle for validated business cases, from jobs-to-be-done analysis and MVP definition through engineering handoff, iteration, and roadmap ownership, with an accent on 0-to-1 product development and repeatable product operations. Focus on decomposing complex problems, validating solutions through user research, making evidence-based prioritization decisions, and designing structured handoffs as ventures scale.
Location: Remote with a hybrid option. Associates living within 30 miles of an office location work remotely part of the week and attend the office three days per week. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Salary: $100,000β$150,000 annual compensation.

What you will do
- Break validated problem statements into customer jobs, features, user flows, and screen-level requirements.
- Define MVP scope, prioritize the roadmap, and communicate product tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Conduct prototype tests, concept walkthroughs, and usability sessions to guide product decisions.
- Write product briefs and engineering-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
- Run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and post-release learning cycles.
- Build repeatable product processes and execute structured handoffs to GMs and dedicated venture teams.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of product management experience, including meaningful 0-to-1 product work through launch and iteration.
- Ability to set product vision and independently translate strategy into detailed execution.
- Experience decomposing high-level problems into jobs to be done, features, user flows, and buildable specifications.
- Experience with solution-focused user research, roadmap prioritization, and stakeholder management across engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and business leadership.
- Strong written communication and experience designing product management processes, documentation, and handoffs.
- United States work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Design fluency, including wireframing and making UX decisions independently.
- Experience running sprints and owning the full Scrum process as a product manager.
- Experience shipping products for B2B buyers where legal, compliance, or procurement are part of the buying process.
