Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Remote or hybrid (New York, NY or Charlotte).

Compensation: $100,000 – $195,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-quarter strategies and roadmaps for the Supply platform ecosystem (Loantek, BAP, RMS).
• Modernize legacy pricing engines to increase scalability and reliability for future traffic surges.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists on complex backend initiatives.
• Define success metrics for platform scalability, pricing effectiveness, and system reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders and advertisers to integrate voice-of-customer insights into the product.
• Manage strategic tradeoffs based on platform health, business impact, and advertiser outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing a strategic horizon of 6–18 months for complex platform components.
• Deep expertise in home lending pricing engines or PPE (e.g., Optimal Blue, Mortech).
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms to handle increased volume and complexity.
• Technical background as an engineer or PM for complex backend systems is strongly preferred.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes in revenue-impacting or platform-critical systems.
