Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY (Hybrid). Must be available to work EST hours.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the hirify.global OS platform.
• Conduct market research and user discovery to identify pain points for store operators and attendants.
• Translate complex operational workflows into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Lead agile development cycles in collaboration with engineering, design, and support teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Represent the product roadmap to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS for SMBs or complex operational environments.
• Proven experience leading agile development and iterative delivery.
• Experience managing on- and offshore engineering teams across different time zones.
• Must be available to work EST hours.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
