Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: in-office Tuesday–Thursday).

Salary: $161,000 – $184,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for channel integrations including Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack.
• Prioritize the product roadmap and lead the development process from concept to launch.
• Utilize quantitative metrics and qualitative user research to inform product decision-making.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, partnerships, and sales teams.
• Translate complex customer pain points into cohesive, scalable product solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Execution-oriented mindset with experience managing multiple work streams and trade-offs.
• Deep customer empathy and a focus on delivering high-impact user experiences.
• Proven ability to apply systems thinking to break down complex interdependencies.
