Senior Project Manager (Power & Utilities)

Location: Hybrid role based in Richmond, VA; Washington, DC; or Raleigh, NC, United States

Salary: $126,154–$176,615, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Lead project activities as a visible onsite representative, monitoring progress and safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners, including scheduling and engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Implement and improve project processes and procedures in partnership with the client.
• Lead key meetings, communicate project impacts, and collaborate on problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in a data centre environment.
• Project management professional certification, or willingness to pursue one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Richmond, Washington, or Raleigh, with onsite project responsibilities.
