Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling (Primavera P6)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westwood, MA, Hartford, CT, or Hooksett, NH.

Annual salary: $135,230–$150,250, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead the Transmission & Engineering Planning & Scheduling team and allocate, review, and develop team work.
• Develop and maintain baseline Primavera schedules, schedule logic, critical paths, forecasts, and project performance reports.
• Monitor project, engineering, construction, and vendor schedule performance and coordinate status reporting.
• Produce dashboards and metrics covering schedule performance, productivity, resource loading, variances, and trends.
• Manage schedule change control, baseline validation, closeout, archival, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Transmission, Distribution, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and external vendors on project execution, claims, and schedule issues.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years supervising or leading dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced user, administrator, and trainer experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling models, risk management, project information systems, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience using and managing Maximo, P6, Ariba, eBuilder, Power BI, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution planning and scheduling.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Oracle Primavera P6 certification.
