HR Transformation Consultant (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Assess workforce processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Design AI-enabled employee experiences, future-state operating models, and simplified end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with technology teams to evaluate, prototype, and scale generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent self-service solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and transformation assessments.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and operating model designs.
• Drive transformation initiatives from concept through implementation while tracking adoption, impact, and business value.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, operating model design, workforce transformation, strategy, innovation, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs involving process redesign, operating model modernization, organizational change, and technology enablement.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital solutions that improve business performance, employee productivity, or customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
