What you will do

• Develop, refine, and execute Transaction Banking growth strategy with senior leadership.
• Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for internal committees and external partners.
• Research transaction banking and payments markets, competitor positioning, industry shifts, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs covering business growth, product adoption, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and 3–7 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, including liquidity, deposits, ACH, wire transfers, RTP, SWIFT, and digital/API-led products.
• Understanding of emerging payment technologies and digital treasury trends.
• Experience managing relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to present recommendations and build credibility with senior leaders and business executives.
