Analytics Consulting Manager (Financial Services)

Location: White Plains, New York, United States; hybrid attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for at least two days per week.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analysts across different experience levels.
• Manage complex analytical projects from inception through delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Provide analytical leadership on large data sets, advanced analytics, and strategic business questions.
• Coach analysts on methodologies, storytelling, presentations, and problem-solving.
• Partner with senior leaders and consulting teams to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and client-ready recommendations.
• Establish analytical best practices, quality standards, and efficient project management processes across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience leading complex analytical initiatives and developing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing analysts in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services, including Cards, Retail Banking, Lending, and Small Business.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
