What you will do

• Serve as a technical EHS resource for assigned areas of the Helios data center campus.
• Develop and maintain site-level EHS compliance programs and conduct job hazard analyses, pre-task planning, and risk assessments.
• Manage hazardous waste activities, including characterization, labeling, manifesting, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, subcontractors, and new hires.
• Maintain OSHA records, perform workplace inspections and audits, and provide technical guidance to EHS Technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, safety, environmental science, or engineering; equivalent practical experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in critical facilities or industrial operations.
• Hands-on experience with site-level compliance programs and incident investigations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards, including OSHA 300/300A logs and 301 forms.
• Experience with EHS recordkeeping, training documentation, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Effective communication with field teams, contractors, operations, construction teams, and leadership.

Nice to have

• ASP certification; progress toward CSP certification.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
