What you will do

• Develop and execute EHS programs, policies, and procedures at the Loveland facility.
• Lead proactive safety initiatives, including hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Perform root cause investigations into injuries and near misses to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL).
• Manage manufacturing byproducts and hazardous waste, prioritizing compliance and cost minimization.
• Deliver EHS training to site employees and collaborate on change management projects.

Requirements

• BS degree in Occupational, Health & Safety Sciences or a similar field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory standards including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and UL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with additive manufacturing, engine testing, or casting processes.
• Technical document writing skills.
