EHS Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish and promote safety as a core value to drive a positive safety culture.
• Maintain site safety records, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Job Hazard Analyses (JSA), and OSHA logs.
• Perform regular facility walkthroughs to audit safety, environment, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver required EHS training.
• Ensure new equipment, workstations, and assembly lines comply with safety and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations.
• Strong familiarity with construction activities, including rigging and loading.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided for any visa type).
