What you will do

• Own cross-initiative coordination throughout 90-day client engagements, covering baseline development, dossier creation, solution demonstrations, and performance measurement.
• Lead blended program teams across client engineers, hirify.global specialists, and technology partners, aligning responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Define and maintain the engagement’s definition of done as priorities and requirements evolve.
• Run biweekly executive demonstrations, selecting meaningful progress to present to the client’s executive sponsor.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess scope, estimates, dependencies, risks, access requirements, and release governance.
• Coordinate related AI product lifecycle initiatives, maintain program visibility, and keep executive sponsors and delivery stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing projects and executing deliverables in a consultative client environment.
• Full understanding of the software development lifecycle and continuous integration and release processes.
• Technical depth sufficient to evaluate engineering assumptions, scope, dependencies, risks, and estimates.
• Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, coach, and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required; C2C engagement is unavailable.
