What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent programs of varying size and complexity while maintaining objective oversight.
• Align programs to a strict Program Playbook to deliver technical capabilities and targeted outcomes.
• Establish execution rhythms and rituals to drive decision-making, remove blockers, and clarify ownership.
• Act as an information radiator with clear reporting on delivery health, milestones, and risks to leadership.
• Integrate AI and agentic tools into workflows for automating RAID logs and synthesizing status updates.
• Maintain centralized Work Surface like Jira or Confluence for tracking status, critical paths, and dependencies.
• Identify and overcome delivery roadblocks, escalating risks effectively in complex environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI/Agentic workflows
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical field
• Proven ability to earn trust, mobilize teams, and set direction in ambiguous environments
• Ability to deliver tough messages, resolve conflict, and adapt to change rapidly
• Experience with project management software like Jira, Confluence, Google Suite
